  • Welcome to Bristol Young Talent

    The RSG Bristol Young Student of the Year awards is a six-month competition for 16-19 year old students aimed at developing employability skills in young people.

    The competition was created and is project managed by Elaine Brown who leads a committee of business professionals to run the awards. They are supported by leading business organisations including The Society of Merchant Venturers and Business West.

    The competition is FREE to enter and is open to all state schools, colleges and academies in the Bristol region. It provides real business experience and gives young people the confidence to achieve.

    It gives students the chance to develop a wide range of skills. BPP University College are also providing a scholarship worth £15,000 for a funded place at university. Paid work experience as well as cash prizes are being awarded to the winners that will help them along their career path. For details of the awards and prizes click here.

    The competition is officially sponsored by national recruitment company RSG. RSG is an experienced and established provider of recruitment and resourcing solutions, who is committed to tackling the problem of youth unemployment.
